Jetten: Less stagnation, more construction, more homes
Amsterdam, September 1 (Hibya) - Dutch Prime Minister Rob Jetten made a statement on the construction drive aimed at overcoming the housing crisis across the country and restarting projects that had come to a standstill.
Dutch Prime Minister Rob Jetten said the government is pursuing an innovative and solution-oriented approach in the housing sector, announcing that the construction of tens of thousands of new homes in five different regions is being accelerated.
Referring to the change in approach and housing projects, Jetten said, "People looking for a home have often been told why something is not possible. We believe in a political approach that builds what is possible. That is why we are accelerating the construction of tens of thousands of homes in five different regions of the Netherlands. For first-time homebuyers, families, singles and the elderly."
Drawing attention to the implementation of the project and its goals, Jetten said, "Thanks to Minister Boekholt, we are getting stalled projects moving again. Less stagnation, more construction, more homes. And today, we are taking another big step forward!"
