Jetten: We will continue to strengthen cooperation with Indonesia
Amsterdam, June 11 (Hibya) - Dutch Deputy Prime Minister Rob Jetten announced that during his meeting with Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto, they discussed international cooperation, security, prosperity, and trade relations.

Stating that the Netherlands and Indonesia have strong cultural and historical ties, Jetten said, “The Netherlands and Indonesia are closely connected culturally and historically, and successfully cooperate in areas such as trade, water management, and sustainable agriculture.”
Noting that the two countries are like-minded partners in a rapidly changing world, Jetten said regarding his meeting with President Subianto, “We discussed the importance of international cooperation for security and prosperity in our regions and beyond.”
Jetten added that the European Union–Indonesia trade agreement and the situation in the Strait of Hormuz were also discussed during the meeting, saying, “It is precisely in such a turbulent world that Indonesia and the Netherlands are working together to build stronger relations.”
