Kallas: Europe and CELAC represent one-fifth of the global economy
Brussels, November 10 (Hibya) – The European Union’s High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy and Vice President of the European Commission, Kaja Kallas, stated that Europe and the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States (CELAC) represent one-fifth of the global economy.
Kallas emphasized that Europe and CELAC together represent one-fifth of the global economy.
She noted that their joint voice covers one-third of UN member states, saying: “We face the same challenge: how to overcome old dependencies and avoid creating new ones. By working together, we can achieve better results.”
