Kos: Armenia and the EU have never been closer
Brussels, March 19 (Hibya) - EU Enlargement Commissioner Marta Kos met with Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.
EU Enlargement Commissioner Marta Kos said, "Armenia and the EU have never been closer. During the crisis in the Middle East, our relations and efforts toward peace in the South Caucasus have become even more important in terms of trade and energy connectivity with Asia."
Kos stated that she discussed with Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan how to better connect the region, how to ensure prosperity, and how peace can be made lasting.
