Lazzarini: International law is clearly being ignored
New York, March 18 (Hibya) - Philippe Lazzarini, Commissioner-General of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA), stated that as conflicts in the Middle East escalate, impunity prevails and disproportionate actions are becoming normalized.

Lazzarini noted that with the escalation of conflicts in the Middle East, impunity prevails and disproportionate actions are being normalized. He said: "This is a vicious cycle: as violations increase, the culture of impunity also strengthens."
