Leyen said:
"The EU is the only partner worldwide with a comprehensive tariff cap. Special guarantees regarding tariff limits for the pharmaceutical and semiconductor sectors. A comprehensive 15% tariff cap for the vast majority of products, including cars and medicines. Thanks to continuous access to the US market, EU exporters gained a competitive position; this represents 20% of our exports."
