Luxon: We are opening up to global markets to grow New Zealand’s economy
Wellington, August 26 (Hibya) – New Zealand Prime Minister Christopher Luxon emphasized that selling local businesses’ products in global markets plays an important role in the country’s economic growth.
Prime Minister Christopher Luxon underlined that the ability of local businesses to sell their products in global markets is key to boosting New Zealand’s economy. He noted that BFM, a company based in Auckland’s North Shore region, developed a “snap fit” connector used in processing facilities worldwide, stressing that such innovations increase export potential.
Luxon stated that as companies like BFM increase their sales, they create more jobs and raise incomes. The Prime Minister said: “As the National Party, we are working to open new markets, sell more local products, and thereby grow our economy.”
