Macron: France is making progress in its reindustrialization process
Paris, June 8 (Hibya) – French President Emmanuel Macron stated that Goodyear has invested 160 million euros in its facility in Amiens, while the French state has provided 45 million euros in support under the France 2030 plan.
French President Emmanuel Macron said that thanks to these investments, the Goodyear facility in Amiens has been modernized and 120 industrial jobs have been recreated. “We are reindustrializing our country. From the tires produced in Amiens to the batteries in Douai, from data centers to artificial intelligence applications in our factories, France has a strong reindustrialization story to write. We are continuing to move forward,” he said.
