Meloni: We can turn the bond between Italy and Pakistan into new opportunities
Rome, September 6 (Hibya) – Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni thanked Pakistan’s Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif for his remarks and said cooperation between the two countries should be further developed.
Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni said relations between Italy and Pakistan have been strengthened in various areas and that cooperation can be transformed into new opportunities.
Addressing Pakistan’s Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, Meloni said, “Thank you for these words and for highlighting the value of the relationship between Italy and Pakistan.”
Noting that cooperation between the two countries spans various areas, from economic relations and development cooperation to people-to-people ties, Meloni said, “I believe there is still room to further develop this bond and turn it into new opportunities for our countries.”
Meloni noted that cooperation between Italy and Pakistan has been strengthened across various fields in recent years.
