Military aircraft crashes in Colombia
Bogota, March 23 (Hibya) - A military transport aircraft belonging to the Colombian Air Force crashed during takeoff.
A military transport aircraft of the Colombian Air Force crashed in the city of Puerto Leguizamo in the Putumayo region.
Defense Minister Pedro Sanchez stated that military units had reached the scene, but the number of casualties and the cause of the crash are not yet known.
Sanchez noted that a large number of soldiers were on board and expressed condolences to the families of those affected.
