Mixed performance across Asian stock markets
Istanbul, Aug. 7 (Hibya) - Asian markets showed a mixed performance during the trading session.
Asian markets posted mixed results, with gains recorded in China and Hong Kong, while markets in Japan, Australia, and India declined.
China's Shanghai Composite Index rose 0.49% to 3,919.511 points. In Hong Kong, the Hang Seng Index (HSI) gained 0.15% to reach 25,567.85 points.
Japan's Nikkei 225 Index fell 0.85% to 65,126.70 points. India's NIFTY 50 Index declined 0.11% to 24,608.30 points, while Australia's S&P/ASX 200 Index edged down 0.03% to trade at 9,268.80 points.
