Mixed performance in foreign exchange markets
Istanbul, June 29 (Hibya) - Foreign exchange markets showed a mixed performance on the first trading day of the week.
Foreign exchange markets displayed a mixed performance on the first trading day of the week. While the EUR/USD pair closed unchanged, the USD/JPY pair advanced, whereas the other major currency pairs posted losses.
The USD/JPY pair gained 0.02% to reach 161.77. The AUD/USD pair fell 0.1015% to 0.689.
The USD/CAD pair declined 0.0352% to 1.4189, while the GBP/USD pair slipped 0.0227% to 1.3198.
The EUR/USD pair ended the day unchanged (UNCH) at 1.1383.
