Bond markets displayed a mixed performance on the first trading day of the week. While 10-year government bond yields in the United States and the United Kingdom declined, 10-year bond yields in Germany and France increased.

The yield on the U.S. 10-year Treasury bond (US 10-YR) fell by 0.006 points to 4.501 percent. The yield on the UK 10-year government bond (UK 10-YR) decreased by 0.002 points to 4.807 percent.

The yield on Germany’s 10-year government bond (Bund 10-YR) rose by 0.0016 points and traded at 2.9532 percent.

The yield on France’s 10-year government bond (FRA 10-YR) increased by 0.0036 points, ending the day at 3.71 percent.
