Moldovan President Sandu hosted EU High Representative Kallas
Chișinău, April 24 (Hibya) – Moldovan President Maia Sandu hosted the European Union’s High Representative Kaja Kallas.
President Sandu hosted EU High Representative Kaja Kallas in Chișinău during her first official visit. Discussions focused on the EU’s support for Moldova and cooperation between the two parties.
Sandu noted that the EU has provided Moldova with €60 million in defense aid this year, including air defense systems, and emphasized the importance of joint efforts with the EU to protect the upcoming autumn elections from hybrid threats.
