Iranian Parliament Speaker Ghalibaf: We must defend multilateralism
Tehran, September 17 (Hibya) - Iranian Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf announced that the unipolar order in which concessions were obtained through force and coercion has come to an end.
Iranian Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf said the unipolar order in which concessions were obtained through force and coercion has come to an end, adding that multilateralism must be defended.
Ghalibaf said the vetoes by China and Russia at the United Nations (UN) Security Council rejected the misuse of the Council for political purposes and reaffirmed the rule of law.
Emphasizing that multilateralism must be defended, Ghalibaf said: “Unilateralism serves no one's interests.”
