Netanyahu voices support for Jewish community in Australia
Jerusalem, December 17 (Hibya) – Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu met with Chabad emissary in Sydney and President of the Rabbinical Court Rabbi Yehoram Ulman, delivering a message of support to the Jewish community in Australia.
Prime Minister Netanyahu said he met with Rabbi Ulman, Chabad emissary and President of the Rabbinical Court in Sydney.
Netanyahu stated: “These criminal acts are the result of rising antisemitism amid lax policies by local authorities and the Australian government. The government must immediately act with all available means to eradicate terrorism and ensure the security of Jewish communities.”
He also emphasized that the State of Israel stands alongside the Jewish community in Australia, conveying a message of solidarity to Chabad emissaries and Australian Jews.
