Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu spoke at the opening of the Special Cabinet Meeting held in Kiryat Shmona.

Netanyahu stated that they are presenting an urgent plan for the reconstruction of the north, adding that "at the same time, the development and expansion of Kiryat Shmona, Shlomi, and Metula are also on the agenda."

Netanyahu said, "The government is committed not only to the development of the north but also to ensuring the security of the residents in the area. There is no restriction or leniency in this matter; we are acting in real-time and continuously against every threat, and we will continue to do so."
