Orban: While Brussels spends on a failed war in Ukraine, we chose a different path
Budapest, May 3 (Hibya) – Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban stated that while Brussels spends money on the war in Ukraine, his government has adopted the largest tax cut program in the country.
Orban said that while Brussels spent 140 billion euros on the war in Ukraine, Hungary chose a different direction.
He announced the adoption of Europe’s largest tax reduction program: “Mothers with 3+ children – lifetime income tax exemption starting January 1; mothers under 40 with 2 children = tax exempt; step by step, all mothers with 2+ children will be exempt from income tax.”
Viktor Orban emphasized that they are investing in families.
