In a statement, the Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs denied former Palestinian Foreign Minister Nasser Al-Qudwa's claims that Palestine had asked South Africa to withdraw the genocide case filed against Israel before the International Court of Justice.

The ministry said Al-Qudwa's statements on social media were deliberate remarks aimed at undermining Palestinian diplomacy.

The statement emphasized that media organizations, podcast producers, and social media users should adhere to the principles of accuracy, impartiality, and responsibility when sharing such claims.
