Panama delegation in Vatican to attend Pope Francis' funeral
Panama City, April 26 (Hibya) - An official delegation from Panama, on behalf of the people of Panama and President-elect Jose Raul Mulino, traveled to the Vatican to pay respects to Pope Francis.
Panama's Foreign Minister, Javier Martinez-Acha Vasquez, who attended the ceremony, said: "We paid our respects to Pope Francis. This ceremony reaffirms the historical closeness and mutual respect between Panama and the Holy See during a time of deep reflection."
