Prague, March 4 (Hibya) - Czech President Petr Pavel held a phone conversation with Israeli President Isaac Herzog.
Czech President Pavel stated that the current situation in the Middle East was discussed during his phone conversation with Israeli President Isaac Herzog.
Emphasizing that the Czech Republic is a close friend of Israel and stands by it, Pavel said, "We agreed that the current crisis may present an opportunity not only in the region but also to reshape the security environment."
Pavel also noted that assistance for Czech citizens in Israel was discussed.
