UAE Ministry of Defense: 1,059 missiles launched from Iran intercepted
Abu Dhabi, March 4 (Hibya) - The United Arab Emirates (UAE) Ministry of Defense announced that 1,059 ballistic and cruise missiles and unmanned aerial vehicles launched from Iran were intercepted by air defense systems.
The UAE Ministry of Defense announced that attacks involving ballistic missiles, cruise missiles, and unmanned aerial vehicles launched from Iran were intercepted by air defense systems.
According to the ministry’s statement, 941 unmanned aerial vehicles, 189 cruise missiles, and 8 ballistic missiles were detected as part of the attacks.
Air defense systems destroyed 876 unmanned aerial vehicles, 175 cruise missiles, and 8 ballistic missiles.
Additionally, 65 unmanned aerial vehicles fell within the country’s territory, 13 fell into the sea, and one ballistic missile fell inside the country.
