Czech President Petr Pavel made statements regarding the capacity and operational strength of the “Dukely” Brigade, which plays a critical role in the country’s defense.

Drawing attention to the brigade’s versatile mission profile, Pavel said: “The Dukely Brigade forms the backbone of the heavy land forces of the Army of the Czech Republic. It is ready to conduct defensive and offensive operations, protect the state border, ensure the security of key facilities, and also provide support to the Police of the Czech Republic.”

After a demonstration showcasing the army’s modern technological capabilities, Pavel emphasized the competence of the soldiers, stating: “The dynamic display of technology confirmed the high level of readiness, professionalism and determination of its members, who contribute to the security of our country every day.”
