According to a statement by the United Arab Emirates Ministry of Defence, the High-Level Organizing Committee for the IDEX and NAVDEX 2027 exhibitions and the International Defence Conference to be held concurrently with them held its second meeting to discuss preparations for the events.

The 18th edition, to be held under the patronage of United Arab Emirates President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, will take place from January 25 to 29, 2027, at ADNEC Abu Dhabi.

The statement noted that this edition reflects the global standing achieved by the two exhibitions.

The statement said that IDEX and NAVDEX provide platforms for showcasing technologies and innovations in the defence industry, promoting international cooperation and establishing strategic partnerships, adding that the events support the growth and development of the defence sector at both national and international levels.
