Qatar emphasizes sovereignty and stability for Somalia
New York, September 27 (Hibya) - Qatar's Minister of State at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Mohammed bin Abdulaziz bin Saleh Al Khulaifi, attended a consultation meeting on developments in Somalia held on the sidelines of the 81st session of the United Nations General Assembly.
Qatar's Minister of State at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Mohammed bin Abdulaziz bin Saleh Al Khulaifi, attended a high-level consultation meeting on Somalia organized by Türkiye in New York.
The latest developments in Somalia were discussed at the meeting, which was held within the framework of the 81st session of the United Nations General Assembly.
The meeting noted that Qatar's support for the Federal Republic of Somalia and its state institutions continues. Qatar was also reported to support all efforts aimed at ensuring security and stability and preserving Somalia's sovereignty, unity and territorial integrity.
