Qatari Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al-Thani held a phone conversation with Pakistani Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif.

During the conversation, bilateral relations and regional developments were discussed, while Pakistan’s mediation efforts were also evaluated.

It was stated that the parties focused on initiatives aimed at reducing tensions in order to enhance security and stability in the region.

The Qatari side expressed appreciation for Pakistan’s mediation initiatives contributing to securing a ceasefire between the United States and Iran.

The conversation also highlighted support for efforts to resolve the crisis through peaceful means and stressed the importance of all parties contributing to the negotiation process.
