Qatar's Deputy Foreign Minister Al Misnad met with ICRC Director General Krahenbühl
Doha, April 28 (Hibya) – Qatar's Deputy Foreign Minister Maryam bint Ali bin Nasser Al Misnad held a meeting with the Director General of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), Pierre Krahenbühl.
According to a statement from the Qatari Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Deputy Foreign Minister Maryam bint Ali bin Nasser Al Misnad met with ICRC Director General Pierre Krahenbühl.
The statement noted: "The meeting, held on the sidelines of the 2025 Global Security Forum, discussed the cooperation relations between the State of Qatar and the ICRC and ways to strengthen them, particularly in the field of humanitarian affairs. The meeting also addressed shared concerns regarding humanitarian aid in Gaza and Sudan. During the meeting, Mr. Krahenbühl emphasized the importance of Qatar's support for humanitarian diplomacy."
