Following President Volodymyr Zelensky's directive, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha reached out to counterparts in Spain, Portugal, and France to offer Ukraine’s support after the electricity outages in Europe.

Highlighting Ukraine’s vast experience, Sybiha stated: "Even as we defend our homeland against aggression, we are ready to help our friends in times of need."

Sybiha added that Ukrainian diplomats in the respective countries have established contact and are awaiting lists of specific actions: "We will remain in close contact with our partners to ensure further coordination."
