Russian Foreign Ministry: We are following developments in Madagascar with concern
Moscow, October 15 (Hibya) – Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova said in a statement regarding developments in Madagascar that they are closely monitoring the situation and calling on all parties to exercise restraint.
In a post on social media, Zakharova wrote: “We are watching the events in Madagascar with concern. This is an internal matter of the country. We call on all sides to show restraint and emphasize the need to prevent bloodshed.”
The Russian Foreign Ministry also warned Russian citizens to avoid traveling to Madagascar due to the current circumstances.
