Rutte: NATO is ready to do whatever it takes to ensure the security of one billion people
Brussels, October 15 (Hibya) – NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte announced that following meetings with defense ministers, defense investments will be increased, production strengthened, and support for Ukraine will continue.
In a post on social media, Rutte stated that he had “excellent meetings” with defense ministers.
“During our excellent discussions with defense ministers, we reaffirmed the need to increase defense investments, strengthen defense production, and continue support for Ukraine. We will also implement additional counter-drone measures,” Rutte said.
He emphasized NATO’s commitment to security, saying: “NATO is ready to do whatever it takes to ensure the security of one billion people and the protection of our territories.”
