Spanish Prime Minister Sanchez stressed that their stance is clear and firm, saying: “Why was Russia expelled after the occupation of Ukraine, but Israel was not expelled after the occupation of Gaza? Until barbarism ends, neither Russia nor Israel should participate in any international competition.”

Sanchez noted that the opposition has fewer ideas than education and added:

“Insults do not shorten the waiting lists for access to public healthcare, nor do they solve the housing problems of young people. If they chose the path of insults, that is their problem. We choose to govern for the people.”
