Schoof: US decision to impose 30% tariff on EU products is concerning
Amsterdam, July 12 (Hibya) – Dutch Prime Minister Dick Schoof commented on the United States’ decision to impose a 30% customs tariff on European Union (EU) products.
Prime Minister Schoof stated that the US decision to impose a 30% tariff on EU products is concerning and not a step forward.
“The European Commission can count on our full support,” Schoof said, adding:
“As the EU, we must continue to work with unity and determination for trade agreements with the US that serve our mutual interests.”
