Deputy Foreign Minister Sybiha emphasized that Russia’s attacks on civilians continue.

He said, “Kharkiv had an especially horrifying night: 53 drones, four guided air bombs, and one missile. At least three people were killed, and 21 injured.”

Sybiha noted that strikes occurred all over Ukraine: “People were wounded and killed, and the energy infrastructure was also damaged. More pressure must be put on Moscow to stop Russia’s killing and destruction, and more steps must be taken to strengthen Ukraine. Russia is a terrorist state and must be recognized as such. It has done more than enough to earn that title.”
