Deniz polisinden Adalar çevresinde 'deniz taksi' denetimi

Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha addressed Ukrainian communities abroad, allies and philanthropists at a time when winter conditions and the energy crisis are intensifying.

Sybiha praised Poland’s leadership in raising nearly $1 million through the “Warmth for Kyiv” initiative, noting that this model should be expanded on a global scale.

Thanking donors, Sybiha said: “Today, I instructed all our foreign diplomatic missions to launch urgent fundraising campaigns similar to the one recently carried out by our Polish friends. Let me remind you that our neighbors demonstrated true Polish leadership by raising nearly $1 million through the ‘Warmth for Kyiv’ initiative. I would like to thank each of the approximately 24,000 donors.”

Noting that the government and technical teams are working intensively to ensure energy security, Sybiha stated: “Our energy workers — our heroes — are saving lives under extreme conditions and performing real miracles. Our government, including the teams of Prime Minister Shmyhal and First Deputy Prime Minister Svyrydenko, is working 24/7 to strengthen energy security.”

Sybiha added that he regularly informs President Zelensky about the support from countries such as Norway, the United Kingdom, Germany, Italy and Austria, concluding: “I invite all compassionate people around the world to respond to this call. This assistance will be used directly to purchase equipment, electricity, energy resources and all forms of energy for Ukrainians and communities in need. This is not just about donations; it is about the feeling that we are not alone and the belief that Russia will not succeed in breaking us with its winter terror.”
