He expressed appreciation for the NB8 countries’ continued determination to pursue diplomatic efforts, provide military assistance to Ukraine, and increase pressure on Russia, adding:
“This approach represents a path to peace through strength, based on the UN Charter, the Helsinki Final Act, and international law.”
