Deniz polisinden Adalar çevresinde 'deniz taksi' denetimi

Minister Sybiha made a statement regarding Ukraine’s official outcome following the second meeting in Istanbul.

He noted that Russia did not respond to the documents outlining Ukraine’s vision to end the war: “We sent them before the meeting. During the meeting, our delegation asked the Russians what they thought. They provided nothing – neither during nor after the meeting.”

Sybiha said they are still waiting and emphasized: “Every silent day from Russia proves its desire to continue the war.”

“Instead of responding to our constructive proposals in Istanbul, the Russian side presented a series of old ultimatums that bring us no closer to real peace. This contradicts previous promises, including to the United States, that something realistic and viable would be presented this week in Istanbul.”

Sybiha concluded: “We must stop the killings. And if the current meetings cannot yield progress toward peace, it is increasingly evident that a meeting between leaders is necessary.”
