Sybiha: We will continue to strengthen the Odesa Triangle
Kyiv, September 15 (Hibya) - Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha said cooperation within the Odesa Triangle between Ukraine, Moldova and Romania should be strengthened.
Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha said the trilateral cooperation format between Ukraine, Moldova and Romania, launched four years ago and later named the Odesa Triangle, is important in terms of security, the economy and regional projects.
Sybiha noted that regional defense cooperation should be strengthened for the security of the Black Sea and Danube region, freedom of navigation should be protected, and energy and transport networks should be made more resilient. Stating that Ukraine and Moldova are advancing toward European Union membership, Sybiha said they would continue to strengthen the Odesa Triangle and turn shared interests into concrete projects.
