Damascus, September 22 (Hibya) – Syrian President Ahmed Al-Sharaa met with several members of the Syrian community in the United States during his visit to New York to attend the 81st Session of the United Nations General Assembly.

According to a statement by Syria’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Minister Es’ad Hasan Al-Shaibani and Emergency and Disaster Management Minister Raed Al-Saleh also attended the meeting.
The meeting was reportedly held after Al-Sharaa arrived in New York to attend the 81st Session of the United Nations General Assembly.
