Trump sharply criticizes Maggie Haberman and The New York Times
Washington, July 11 (Hibya) - U.S. President Donald Trump claimed that reports published about him by journalist Maggie Haberman and The New York Times do not reflect the truth.
U.S. President Donald Trump criticized journalist Maggie Haberman and The New York Times.
Trump claimed that Haberman had published false reports about him for nearly a decade, saying: "The book she wrote is a complete joke. Ninety percent of it is fake news. She made a living through bad journalism, but when our multi-billion-dollar lawsuit against The New York Times reaches court, she will pay the price."
Trump also stated that he underwent a routine medical examination at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, saying: "I undergo a medical check-up every six months. Once again, I asked to take a cognitive test. I am the only president to have taken this test three times, and I received a perfect score every time."
Concluding his remarks, Trump also criticized Haberman and journalist Jonathan Swan, saying: "Very few people in Washington could pass this test successfully. I don't think Maggie Haberman or Jonathan Swan could answer even half of the questions correctly. Don't buy their books—they are complete garbage."
