Estonian Foreign Minister Margus Tsahkna said the Estonian government supported the signing of agreements between the European Union and Indonesia.

Tsahkna said the agreements would provide Estonian companies with better access to new opportunities in Indonesia, Southeast Asia’s largest economy. Tsahkna said, “This means better access to new opportunities for Estonian companies in a market of more than 280 million people.”

Tsahkna said the agreements would also strengthen economic ties for the EU, adding, “For the EU, they strengthen economic ties and support more open, predictable and rules-based trade.”
