Tykhyi: Journalists are not targets
Kyiv, October 25 (Hibya) – Following the killing of two Ukrainian journalists in Kramatorsk, Ukrainian Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Heorhii Tykhyi condemned Russia’s attacks on journalists, stating that “ending the sense of impunity is of critical importance.”
Ukrainian Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Heorhii Tykhyi issued a statement after the deaths of two Ukrainian journalists in Kramatorsk.
Tykhyi said, “Russia’s systematic and targeted attacks on journalists seriously undermine the right of media representatives to immunity.”
The spokesperson also thanked the OSCE From and emphasized the message: “Journalists are not targets.”
