Tykhyi: Russia must be deprived of its sense of impunity
Kyiv, November 10 (Hibya) – Ukrainian Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Heorhii Tykhyi said that Russia must be deprived of its sense of impunity that leads to repeated crimes.
Ukrainian Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Tykhyi expressed gratitude to the OSCE for keeping attention on Russia’s attacks against aid workers and journalists.
Highlighting the vital importance of accountability for such violations of international humanitarian law, Tykhyi said, “Russia must be deprived of the sense of impunity that leads to its repeated crimes.”
