Lieutenant General Ibrahim Nasir Al Alawi, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Defense of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), met with Greek Chief of the General Staff General Dimitrios Houpis.

According to a statement by the UAE Ministry of Defense, the meeting, held as part of Al Alawi’s visit to Greece, addressed ways to strengthen and develop defense cooperation between the two countries.

The meeting also included an exchange of views on various topics and issues of mutual interest.

It was stated that the meeting was intended to contribute to supporting bilateral relations between the two countries.

The parties emphasized the importance of continuing cooperation and coordination, as well as sharing expertise and experience, in order to serve common interests and support security and stability.
