UAE Ministry of Defense: Measures taken against 5 ballistic missiles and 17 drones
Abu Dhabi, March 24 (Hibya) - The United Arab Emirates (UAE) Ministry of Defense announced that its air defense systems took action against 5 ballistic missiles and 17 unmanned aerial vehicles.
According to a statement from the UAE Ministry of Defense, the UAE air defense systems neutralized 5 ballistic missiles and 17 drones launched from Iran on March 24, 2026.
The statement added that since the beginning of the attacks, the UAE air defense systems have intercepted 357 ballistic missiles, 15 cruise missiles, and 1,806 drones.
