Deniz polisinden Adalar çevresinde 'deniz taksi' denetimi

Sybiha stated that the rulings clearly condemn Russia’s aggression against Ukraine as an unprecedented event in European history.

He emphasized that the ECHR ruling clearly outlines numerous crimes committed by Russian occupation forces during the war, including extrajudicial executions, torture, forced abduction of children, sexual violence, oppression, and serious violations of fundamental human rights, such as freedom of expression and religion.

Highlighting the court’s finding that Russia aims to destroy the Ukrainian state and enslave its people, Sybiha said this once again proves Russia’s “genocidal intentions.”

“Today’s rulings are proof that justice is at work,” said Sybiha, thanking the Dutch Foreign Minister and the government of the Netherlands for their contributions. He affirmed that Ukraine will continue to cooperate with the international community to hold Russia accountable for all of its crimes.
