Ukrainian Foreign Ministry issues statement on Russia's overnight attack
Kyiv, July 12 (Hibya) – The Ukrainian Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated that Russia launched a horrific attack last night on several regions of Ukraine, particularly the city of Chernivtsi, resulting in the deaths of two people.
According to the statement, Russian drones and missiles that attacked the city on the night of July 12 caused the deaths of 26-year-old Diana Kravchenko, a pharmacy manager in Chernivtsi, and 43-year-old Sviatoslav Lazarenko, an employee of the Sniatyn City Council.
The statement further added:
"Every attack on our people requires a decisive response from our partners: imposing devastating sanctions, blocking 'shadow fleets' that attempt to circumvent sanctions, lowering the oil price cap, and applying pressure on all collaborators helping the Kremlin kill civilians in Ukraine."
