UNRWA: Children under 3 vaccinated across Gaza
New York, Jan. 30 (Hibya) – The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) announced that children under the age of three were vaccinated across Gaza as part of the second round of the vaccination campaign.
In a statement, UNRWA said that, together with the WHO, UNICEF and partners, children under three were vaccinated across Gaza during the second round of the campaign.
The statement noted that between January 18 and 29, UNRWA teams vaccinated a total of 5,818 children. “The vaccinations were carried out at health centers and through mobile teams, including visits to hard-to-reach communities under challenging conditions,” it said.
