Istanbul, August 24 (Hibya) – US stock market indices ended the final trading day of the week higher.

The Dow Jones Industrial Average rose 0.98 percent to 53,277.01 points. The S&P 500 index gained 0.43 percent and ended the day at 7,674.37 points.
The Nasdaq Composite Index rose 0.43 percent to 26,180.455 points, while the Nasdaq 100 index gained 0.33 percent to 29,308.859 points.
The Russell 2000 index also rose 0.85 percent, reaching 3,017.871 points.
