German Foreign Minister Johann Wadephul met with South Korean Foreign Minister Cho Hyun on the sidelines of the G20 summit.

In a post on his social media account, Minister Wadephul expressed his satisfaction with the implementation of the new Enhanced Strategic Partnership agreement following the agreement reached between the German Chancellor and the South Korean leader.

Wadephul emphasized in his post that Germany and South Korea have enormous potential not only in technology, innovation and trade, but also in strengthening resilience against economic crises and preserving the rules-based global order grounded in international law.
