Weel: I commemorated the courage and sacrifice of Dutch veterans
Amsterdam, February 11 (Hibya) – Dutch Foreign Minister David van Weel commemorated Dutch veterans at the Korean War Memorial on the 75th anniversary of the Battle of Hoengseong.

In his statement, van Weel said, "Today marks the 75th anniversary of the Battle of Hoengseong. I commemorated the courage and sacrifice of Dutch veterans who came to Korea to defend freedom and peace at the Korean War Memorial," emphasizing that these stories remain important for future generations as well.
